SHIPPING POLICY
We ship anywhere in the continental United States via USPS for $6 flat rate shipping and handling. We also offer
in-shop pickup for local orders, (please contact us if you require in-store pickup or select pickup option at checkout).

Group orders or engraving can take up to 2 weeks for delivery and shipping rates vary with quantity.
RETURN POLICY
At Write in Style Pens, we take great pride in our products. We stand behind our craftsmanship and all of our products go through quality control prior to leaving our shop. Each item is an original, built one at a time and no two are exactly alike due to different wood textures and acrylics. If you are ever unsatisfied with one of our handmade pens, please contact us and we will find a way to make it right. We do not offer a full refund on our products but will work with you to make you happy or offer store credit!

Custom or specialty ordered pens are non-refundable, but we can work with you to fix any issue.

Each pen comes with one filled, working ink cartridge. If you require another refill you can purchase more refills through our site or at any local office supply store.

If there is damage during shipping, please contact us immediately (pictures are required).

All pens are sent out in excellent working condition.
PRIVACY
Write in style pens uses a third party company to process online credit card transactions called (Paypal & Square). We do this, because Paypal and Square offer additional security and privacy for our customers. Both Paypal and Square are highly-trusted companies and for this reason we feel confident in doing business this way.
